Employers Guide to the New 2007 IRS Section 125 Regulations

The IRS has released new Section 125 Cafeteria Plan regulations which replace the variety of previous guidance that has been released since the 1980's.  The regulations will be published in the Federal Register on Monday August 6th and contain a number of important changes and clarifications.  All employers who offer Cafeteria Plans will need to review their procedures and update plan documents.
